Get the Risk Factors (Item 1A) section from a company's latest 10-K/10-Q filing.

Parameters

symbol: str
Symbol to get data for.

url: str | None
Direct URL to a 10-K/10-Q filing, e.g. from latest_financial_reports. When provided, the filing is parsed directly and the other params are ignored.

calendar_year: int | None
Calendar year of the filing. Defaults to the most recent.

calendar_period: str | None
Calendar quarter (Q1-Q4) of the filing; leave empty for the most recent annual report.

use_cache: bool | None
Default: True
Use the cache for downloaded filings. Default is True.

Provider name.

List of warnings.
