release_table
Read a published release table, with the periods across the columns.

Parameters
- standard
release_id: str
Default: 9
The economic release to present.
element_id: str
The table within the release. Without one, every series the release publishes is listed.
frequency: str
The interval to present. A table reads at one interval; without a choice the one it mostly publishes is used.
limit: int
Default: 8
How many periods to present.
symbol: str
The series the table groups on. Carried for the grouping, not read.
use_cache: bool
Default: True
When True, the request is served from, and written to, the FRED response cache.
