Get the hourly funding a Deribit perpetual has paid.

Parameters

symbol: str | None | list[str | None]
Default: BTC-PERPETUAL
One or more perpetual instrument names. A perpetual can also be given by its shortened root, such as 'SOLUSDC'. Multiple items allowed.

start_date: Any | None | str
Return rates from this date onwards.

end_date: Any | None | str
Return rates up to this date.

The level of the index at the start of the hour.
